IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE: Effective November 1, 2011, our online reporting site is no longer available. All Zurich Builders Risk Reporting Form customers are required to use our standard reporting method of paper-based reporting forms. A paper reporting form will automatically be mailed to you starting with the October month end report and every month thereafter. Contact the agent or broker who issued your Zurich Builders Risk Plan Reporting Form policy should you need assistance in completing the form.
